Family Health History
Description: Perhaps
you have noticed that some branches of your family lived longer then
others. Many of the men on Dad's side lived well into their 80s, whereas
it was not unusual on Mom's side for some to pass away in their 60s.
Why the difference? What caused their deaths? Are there common health
characteristics? What does this mean for me and my descendants?
Goal: To improve your health care status in general and
in Mattapan specifically Our Doctors and Staff have put together
a personal health history tool for you to use to gather information
about your family health history to better understand your own health history.
